  • "We could not have been happier with the Pizza Truck. We had a small event in the middle of a weekday and they were very helpful in accommodating the timing. Kelly was very responsive in setting everything up, the staff that arrived with our truck were very friendly and worked with our guests. They also wanted to ensure they left the outdoor space clean when they left. The pizza and gelato are absolutely delicious. Kelly called a few days later to ensure we were happy with the service. I would definitely use them again an event we may host."

I sampled specialty pies like pulled pork and sweet potato pizza (my new favorite), chicken Parmesan pizza, among several other very tasty options. Ending this delicious adventure with their yummy gelato.The friendly chefs, Elvin and Perry, offered vegan/vegetarian choices as well.   • “I hired New Haven Pizza Truck for a recent graduation party. Before picking a pizza truck for the event, I did a decent amount of research. I didn't realize how many pizza truck type caterers were actually out there and they all honestly had pretty good reviews... which made the decision tough. In the end I chose New Haven Pizza Truck and based on my experience along with the constant praise I got from the guests regarding their performance, it was the right choice. Frank Jr and Alvin showed up Sunday morning on time and worked flawlessly to get everything going. They made the Gluten free pizzas first just to make sure there would be no cross contamination which I greatly appreciated. After that, they did an array of pizzas with various toppings including their famous mashed potato pizza which was excellent. I had a couple guests who couldn't have dairy and one who is Vegan so I told them to go put in requests regarding what they wanted for a pizza. The Chefs had no issues with that at all and actually threw out some ideas for those guests. My personal request was a specialty pizza with sauce, cheese, Hot Soppressata and honey. I knew they wouldn't have Hot Soppressata or honey on the truck so I supplied it along with a picture of the pizza I was trying to duplicate. With just a picture and the ingredients they made it happen and it was exactly what I was going for. I honestly just can't say enough good things about my experience. All of my guests kept making remarks on just how personable the Chefs were, how the pizza table was never empty and how the food was freaken killer! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pizza truck to cater an event. If you want great service, delicious food, and a bunch of happy guests... this company is your go to.
